Dagmara Barczak
Dagmara studied dentistry at the Medical University of Lodz, Poland and graduated in 2001. Whilst training she won first prize at the 12th National Students Conference for her research work titled 'An attractive smile'.
She worked for the school dental service and in general dental practice in Poland before moving to the UK in 2004. Since then she has been working in mixed NHS/private dental practices in Merseyside and Lancashire area, also spent some time working for the emergency dental service in Sefton.
Dagmara enjoys working as a general dental practitioner and she has interest in many areas of dentistry. She completed a 'Simplyendo' endodontic postgraduate training program with Dr Mike Horrocks and Dr Mark Hunter and obtained her MSc in Endodontics from the University of Chester in 2015.
Over the years she completed many postgraduate courses: a one year course in 'Practical Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry' at St. Ann's dental education centre with Dr Paul Tipton, a two year 'Straight Forward Straight Wire' orthodontic course for general dental practitioners with Prof. Jonathan Sandler and Dr Alison Murray. Most recently she attended Perio Masterclass for General Practitioners with Dr Philip Ower, Dr Ian Dunn and Dr Sarovi Drone.
